New to CrossPointe?

We understand that looking for a church can be overwhelming.  We hope that our website makes it easier for you. If there are still unanswered questions, we would be happy to answer them; just contact us!  

Are you a bit hesitant to visit a church?
We understand and respect your caution but we believe that CrossPointe will be different!   You can dress comfortably, listen to great music, be challenged by relevant messages, and be greeted by many caring and loving people.  

What should I look for in a church?
We have put together 2 Church Evaluation Lists; one smaller without 'churchy' terms and a longer one with more detail and biblical references.  List 1 (shorter)    List 2 (longer)

What will the messages be like?
Biblical, relevant, and challenging.  You can listen to some online if you'd like:  (online messages)
   
How should I dress?
Comfortably!  Jeans, tee-shirts, sandals, suits, ties, dresses, slacks, are all acceptable.

Do I have to be a Christian to attend?
No!  CrossPointe is a Christian Church. However, we welcome people from all faiths, and even those who don't believe in God, to attend our services.  We believe that Jesus is the Truth and we are committed to communicating and living out His Truth in the most loving manner possible.  

Can I make an appointment to speak with a pastor?
Absolutely!  Call our office manager, Carolyn, at 734.721.7410 and she will make an appointment for you.  Any and all questions, comments, observations, and criticisms will be openly discussed. 

Can I access online information describing what CrossPointe 'believes'?

How does CrossPointe handle money?
Almost all of our budget is provided by the generous free-will offerings of those who attend our church.  When you visit for the first time please feel free to accept the Service as our gift to you.

Our finances & budgets are handled in an extremely transparent and open manner.  Each week you will find financial information in our Bulletin.  All regular attendees have access to complete and detailed financial statements each month.

If there is some other information that a 1st Time Visitor would like to see that is not addressed here please email that to our Website Administrator so we can update the site to better serve you.
